He has led the work since 2002, beginning in decision education and structured commercial reasoning in South Africa, then expanding into a repeatable discipline for founder led businesses facing real operating pressure.
His focus is simple: surface the real friction before more activity compounds the wrong things.

Cliff Locks is the Founder and Senior Partner of CK Locks Consulting, Inc. and its three primary businesses, MillionaireLife Services, Investment Capital Growth, and Reverse Logistics Solutions.
He is the cohost of the Private Equity Profit Podcast, featuring interviews with industry experts on trending topics in financial services.
A serial entrepreneur and investor, Cliff formed and profitably exited three businesses, including one sold in 2005 to a Fortune 500 firm.
He draws on multidisciplinary expertise across operations, marketing, sales, technology, and finance to support owners preparing for growth, funding, or exit.

Cliff has served on numerous boards for more than two decades, from tech startups to philanthropic causes.
He holds a Masters Professional Director certification from the American College of Corporate Directors and currently serves on the boards of Advanced Facialdontics and Evolve Hydrogen.
He is also an active Board Advisor for Mirror Image One, Science Of Human Optimization, Inc. and several accelerator program participants with Bolster, Newchip and Hyper Accelerator.
Cliff earned a BS in Business Administration and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Cliff and his wife reside in a harbor front village 60 miles outside of Orlando, Florida.
As a former firefighter and EMT Captain, Cliff remains active in his community, is a health enthusiast, and a voracious reader.

Recipient of the Arthur S. Flemming Award, presented by President Ronald Reagan in 1986. The same award was also awarded to Neil Armstrong for contributions to science. Earl received this recognition for developing an AI chip in 1983.
Earl led the multi year strategic build behind the Premise method.
His background spans AI engineering, legal precedent modelling, strategic finance, aerospace procurement strategy, and governance.

A Note on Integrity
In 2020, a Texas regulator issued a cease and desist order referencing an international project and naming Lance Jerrard.
It was later determined the order was mistakenly directed. Lance has no business operations or residence in Texas.
There have been no further actions or complaints since.
This is shared proactively.
Because in decision environments, trust is strengthened through transparency, not avoidance.
